William Yang (Founder of Smargent Tuition Center)
Bachelor of Business (Actuarial Science), NTU
William has more than 10 years of teaching and tutoring experiences in Maths and Physics for Sec & JC levels. He received his Bachelor of Business (Major in Actuarial Science) from Nanyang Technological University. William is committed to helping his students. He designs his own curriculum and study materials in order to help students understand faster and better. His teaching style is fun yet effective. As a result, most students were able to pay full attention in his lessons and achieve remarkable improvements over a short time span.
Ma Xiaorui
Bachelor of Business Administration, NUS
Xiaorui has more than 5 years of teaching and tutoring experiences in Mathematics and Sciences for primary and Sec levels. She graduated from Hwa Chong Institution with All distinctions in GCE A levels and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. Xiaorui is a responsible and approachable tutor who believes that every student can reach the full potential with the suitable teaching pedagogy. Through more than 5 years of teaching experiences, Xiaorui is familiar with current Primary and Secondary subjects syllabus.
Lina You
Bachelor of Science SETU
Lina has more than 5 years of teaching and tutoring experiences in English for Primary and Secondary levels, she also specializes in AEIS for international students. She received her Bachelor's degree in Science from South East Technological University in Ireland. Lina has been also making her own tailored notes for students who are taking O level English and AEIS, thus she is very familiar with the requirement of the exams. Lina is a very meticulous and dedicated teacher who always tries her best to help students reach their full potential.
Zhou Taidi
Bachelor of Computer Science, NUS
Taidi has 3+ years of teaching experience in mathematics, physics and chemistry from primary school to junior college and an in-depth grasp of the curriculum system, and continuously help students break through learning bottlenecks and achieve academic confidence. Mr. Zhou is good at tutoring government secondary school O-level and A-level mathematics and physics, and has more than two years of tutoring experience in IGCSE / IB mathematics and physics.
Lim Boon Kong
Diploma in Financial Informatics, Ngee Ann Polytechnic
Boon Kong has a proven track record of helping students improve grades and perform well in tests and exams through strategic practice and support. Able to explain complex mathematical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language for all learning levels. Well-versed in math and science curriculum, ensuring lessons and aligned with academic goals, and is genuinely enthusiastic about helping students enjoy Math and Science and reach their fill potential.

Master of Engineering, Cornell University
KT has 38 years teaching experience Primary to Tertiary level. He was in Nanyang Technological University for 35 years and retired as Associate Professor. He is active in volunteering activities after retirement from NTU and teaches part time, and has worked in Silicon Valley and in Penang, Malaysia.
Dr. Yeo Zhen Yuan
Doctor of Philosophy (Physics), NUS
With over a decade of tutoring experience with more than 300 students, enabling accurate identification of learning gaps and solutions. He uses diagrams, concept maps, and structured problem-solving to simplify complex topics in math and science, and has a deep familiarity with O-Level, A-Level, and Integrated Programme syllabi, ensuring focused and effective lesson planning. He has a proven track record of improving student performance by 2–3 grade levels, emphasising academic rigour and exam readiness.
